We are coordinating community comment, and our legal team is finalizing the appeal record. Studio City for Safe Development submitted a 9 section objection letter to the Department of City Planning, raising concerns under AB 130 CEQA exemption challenges, the Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone, and the project failure to address cumulative corridor impact. The letter is now part of the official case record.
